- 30 days. Every purchase can be refunded within 30 days, for any reason.
- Self-serve. Sign in with the email you paid with, pick the purchase and a reason, and your first refund goes back to your card right away. No emails back and forth.
- One automatic refund per account. After that, requests are recorded and checked by hand (usually within 2 business days). Upgrades refund only the upgrade charge; a purchase that counted as credit toward an upgrade you keep is also checked by hand.
- Refunds lock the purchase again on every device.
